Cannot access my wordpress.com blog, i forget password and the email address

  i make my wordpress.com blog long time ago, the address is https://chocozoeldick.wordpress.com/

  I have been trying to login again to delete my WordPress.com blog but there is no clue about my email address and password , im trying to use all my email and password i still remember but there is no luck.

  can you check it out and provide some info about what email address i used
