cannot access my wp blog because my email at hotmail has been deleted

  I cannot access (and update) my wp blog since 2011 because MSN microsoft forced the transfer of my blog from live.com to WordPress.com back in 2008-2009 and forgot to put in another email (2nd email0 to verify the account when logging in at wp-admin. As i can remember there wasn’t any two-step verification back then by mobile phone. Is there a chance for me to get access to my blog at wordpress.com? Help anyone? matt

  that is NOT the url of my blog ! the system just forced me to enter it. im trying to recover my other blog at http://www.chateaudusaint.wordpress.com

  @Wordpress staff or support: you can see the other email (@gmail.com) i own at the bottom footer of my own blog site http://www.chateaudusaint.wordpress.com which is proof of ownership.

  Thanks for replying. I did use the form link you gave. It does not allow me to submit the form because the system would only allow me to submit if I have at least one (1) proof of ownership. What am I to do?

  DO YOU HAVE A TRANSACTION ID?
  1st Question: No, I don’t have a transaction ID because this a blog from MSN live (with email (email visible only to moderators and staff)) which was ‘forced by MSN to be transferred to WordPress back in 2008-2009 (can’t remember when).
  DO YOU HAVE AN ACTIVATION URL OR KEY?
  2nd Question: My blog was transferred (MSN forced the transfer of many blogs to WordPress then, not just mine). Hence, the activation URL or key was in the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) which they have deleted.
  DO YOU HAVE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION CODES?
  3rd Question: I could have set up a 2-factor authentication codes back then but was unable to. Although if you notice the footer or bottom of my blog at chateaudusaint.wordpress.com, you will see my other email address (email visible only to moderators and staff) which is proof of ownership.

  I have repeatedly asked live.com and hotmail.com and they did not help me by restoring my old email account (email visible only to moderators and staff) which they claim is in the ‘domain reserve’ or whatever that is they call it.

  Please help me recover my account. The activation URL or key was in the deleted old email at HOTMAIL.FR thank you all.
