Cannot access network panel, but still have multisite access

  We moved a multisite installation to a different server a while ago, then I upgraded to 4.6.1. I’ve recently noticed I no longer have access to my network admin to add users to my network, but I still have access to my sites in my network menu in the header.

  How do I get the network admin panel back?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
