Cannot access new blog page via 'Custom Design'

  I am writing my first blog. I have purchased the Custom Design upgrade but cannot progress beyond Appearance>Custom Design. When I click on the ‘Get Started’ button I’m getting nowhere. I am using Safari 6.1 as browser. Please help – having spent too much time on this I am desperate now. Mary.

  I’m sorry you are having so much trouble with this! Can you try accessing your Customizer here:

  https://marysbistrokitchen.wordpress.com/wp-admin/customize.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fmarysbistrokitchen.wordpress.com%2F

  Also, try going to Appearance > Customize in your Dashboard. That will take you directly to the Customizer.
