Cannot access old blog

  I need help accessing the admin page of my old blog. I set up the site with an old email address that I deleted. It was (email visible only to moderators and staff) which no longer exists. I am not a coder, and therefore do not know how to change the password in code — ? Am I really locked out of my own blog :-( ?
