Cannot Access Our Site

  We need help getting into our wordpress.com site. We can log into our wp-admin account associated with this site but cannot get into the actual web building side. We want to create a landing page for this and cannot log in. We tried new password and lost password and nothing is changing our results.

  To clarify, if you can log into the wp-admin account, you would have access to the backend in order to make changes. We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site is hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access the backend of your site to take a closer look.

  The good news is that because your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform (which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com), help is available at the community forums here:

  The folks in the open-source forum are more familiar with these issues and are in the best position to help.
