Trying to access our wordpress.com website and we are getting this message: ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’ And then a ‘super helpful’ link to ‘Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’ and by ‘super helpful’ I mean not a little bit, not at ALLLLLLLLLLL.

I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with HostMonster.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
