Cannot access PHP
-
Hello, on my site thetakeovah.com, I am receiving this error: Fatal error: Array and string offset access syntax with curly braces is no longer supported in /customer
It seems like a PHP issue but I can’t access it- because I can’t get past this screen. Please help
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
Based on the error message, the problem is stemming from the Backup Buddy plugin, so you should be able to log in and disable or delete that plugin via FTP so you can access your site again.
If you’re not able to log in via FTP to find and fix it yourself, you’ll need to reach out to your hosting provider for help. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this issue.
I hope that helps!
