Cannot access self hosted site

    I am trying to access my site admin and get the following error:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in H:roothome****************wwwwordpresswp-contentthemestwentyfourteenincwidgets.php on line 40

    I have been round and round in circles trying to raise a support ticket, but cannot find how!!!!!!!!

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
