cannot access site

    Hi. This is a really long story. I’m on my HOA board and we switched management companies last year. We had a website that I’m linked to and I got an email about our domain mapping subscription. When I tried to log in, it created a separate account instead of helping me with my password. Now I can’t log in. Secondary question. If I cancel the domain mapping, will I still have access to the archived site? What’s the best way to keep all that information in case the board needs to access it again.
