Cannot access site

I am currently having difficulty logging in to this site. I think the error is happening because it is picking up a test site which has a spelling mistake in the url. I have also just been migrated to a windows 10 machine which may or may not play some part in this. When I attempt to log in – whether I select a link or select a new password it keeps throwing me back to the previous site called rgutartandheritagecollections.wordpress.com. The extra t after rgu was a typing error. I need to get to the site and log in to the rguartandheritagecollections.wordpress.com.

My browser tells me that that URL doesn’t exist, so I don’t see how you could be accessing it. However, I’ll call for staff attention. Staff will respond here.

If the undeveloped site rguartandheritagecollections.wordpress.com belongs to the account with username collectionsrgu1, then your ability to submit a support request here indicates that you’re logged into the account.

https://rguartandheritagecollections.wordpress.com/ is the only site on the account you’re currently logged in to.
Are you trying to access a different site? If so, what is the URL of the site you’re trying to access?
