Cannot access site

    I cannot access my site, I have tried Debugging with Jetpack but am getting the below error ‘Communication error
    We were unable to make an XML-RPC request to your website. Please make sure that XML-RPC is turned on and that Jetpack is installed, activated and connected with your WordPress.com account.’

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi There,

    It seems like the website URL you shared, ciarabowensmakeup.com, is not hosted on WordPress.com server but on another provider. Your site is built using the open source WordPress software, made on WordPress.org.
    You can see the site listed in your WordPress.com account because you have it connected here via the Jetpack plugin.

    As the Jetpack debugger, https://jptools.wordpress.com/debug/?url=ciarabowensmakeup.com shows the error you mentioned.

    Please follow the troubleshooting steps in the guide linked on that page. If none of that works, it will be best if you contact the team over at Jetpack instead for more help with this.
