Cannot access site

  Hi there – I manage another site (thelondonladybird.co.uk) but I am unable to access through this account despite it being linked to the email address I’m logged into. Whenever I hit recover password, no reset link arrives to my inbox, spam or junk.

  Hi there,

  thelondonladybird.co.uk uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Your hosting provider may be able to help you with your issues since WordPress.com has no control over sites hosted elsewhere.

  Hey there – thanks for your response!

  I read that so tried logging in via .org and it says my username isn’t recognised!

  Any other tips?

  The .org forum has no connection with this forum. To post there you’d need to register an account.
