  I cannot access my site anymore. i have person that does my site, she now seems to have locked me out

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

  Pulling up your website, I don’t think you’re being locked out by your site administrator. It looks like you have a fatal error in your WordPress install.
