Cannot access site and email

I’m unsure how this has happened, but I cannot gain access to my website or the email created with WordPress that is associated with it. When I attempt to login, it tells me to check my email for a password update, but that’s the account I’m attempting to login to. To access help for it, it appears I need to login, but again, that’s what I cannot do. I already filed to gain access again and submitted the CC info for the purchase according to the website, but it’s been a few days and I need to know an approximate timeline of when I can access this website and email again.

But my issue is that I purchased an email address when I purchased the domain account last week and cannot access that email where the reset emails are being sent without being logged in to the domain account, and I cannot login. It’s just a cycle of requesting to update a password where the update email is sent to the very account I cannot access. This is why I’m reaching out via a different account–because I cannot login to the website nor to the email which I access when I’m logged into the domain account and is where these reset emails are going.

It’s also frustrating that there is not a way to access help to login to my paid account without first logging into that paid account–the irony. There doesn’t seem to be a help email or chat option other than this public forum for getting direct access to assistance in logging in.

Back to my original question, how long does it take to get a response from the Account Recovery Team if you’ve submitted the form they requested? It has been multiple days since they sent me an original email to let me know they are working on it. Is there a timeline? I saw another post on this forum that a man waited a month before he heard from them. I’m hoping that’s not the standard timeframe?
