Cannot access site as it is inactive and cannot find log in details

  Hey!

  I haven’t used my website for about 6 months and when i came to log in to it today it gives the following error:

  You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/ on this server.

  I can’t find my log in details to log in to the wordpress dashboard and I’m having a nightmare getting any support with this. Please can anybody help?! The website i am trying to access is:

  Hi catprice1990,

  catpricephotography.co.uk is a self hosted WordPress.org site, rather than a WordPress.com site. There is some information about the differences between the two in this guide:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  We are only able to help with WordPress.com sites hosted on our servers. catpricephotography.co.uk appears to be hosted with Heart Internet so I recommend contacting them for help. They should be able to give you more information about why the site is unavailable.

  However, in this case your hosting provider are the best people to contact first.
