  Hi! I have an old site I need access to for rebuild. My developer is no longer reachable and I cannot access my site. What do I do? Its http://www.portraitcommission.net

  That site is hosted by GoDaddy not here at WordPress.com. Have you tried logging in to it directly http://www.portraitcommission.net/wp-login.php?
