Cannot access site from wordpress.com

    I see the alert that ‘This site cannot be accessed.’ from wordpress.com. I think the problem is I have connected my site to another account before. Then I disconnect Jetpack from my wordpress admin then connect to another account. But I have disconnect my wordpress site from wordpress.com yet. The problem is that I cannot access the previous account to disconnect my site. What shoud I do now?
