Cannot access site owner, no way to verify

  Hello,

  I cannot log into the site owner’s account (travislp) and we have no way to verify the info that has been requested to switch owners. I thought of another solution:

  We purchased our domain through namecheap. If I remove the WP DNS servers from there I should be able to point lptravis.org to a brand new WP account and just use the backup files to recreate right?

  Nevermind, the option to pay from a non-owner account was available today, so I paid our subscription and everything is good.

  Glad you’ve got it! It may be smart to go ahead and regain access to the account anyway. If you’ve made payments for previous upgrades, there’s an account recovery process you can use with transaction IDs. More info here:
