Cannot access site to disable plug-in

I have a blog but don’t have much technical knowledge. I updated the code snippets plug-in and now I get the following when I try to log-in.
Warning: require_once(/home3/chughes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/import-export.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/chughes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/class-code-snippets.php on line 60Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home3/chughes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/import-export.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/php56/lib/php’) in /home3/chughes/public_html/wp-content/plugins/code-snippets/php/class-code-snippets.php on line 60
How do I get to the file that needs corrected? I logged into WordPress.com and tried to manage plug-ins but this isn’t working. Can anyone offer a ‘Dummy’s’ guide to how to fix this problem?
