Hi! This website was created many years ago and admin access is passed on to many people over the years. I am trying to access the website editor, but it prompts me to log in again with an account. Currently I have access to the page that tells me what websites I have and if they are visible or not. When going to edit the website, a login is prompted again. The username and password that should work for the second login no longer works. When I try to reset my password, it tells me that the email the account should be connected to does not have an account associated with it. What does that mean? Thank you!
