cannot access support section for a refund as it keeps asking me to verify account

  Hi,

  I just bought a plugin but want a refunds as it doesn’t work. I have logged on and verified my email address (5 times now) but still when I click on support to ask for a refund it keeps telling me to verify my account. I have cleared my cache and have logged out and logged back in (several times). Done it from incognito window too, but it doesn’t work. What is the email address for support for refunds please?

  What plugin are you referring to? You’re posting in the support forum for WordPress.com. We’re a hosting company and we don’t sell plugins.

  Thanks for coming back to me. Its not about the plugin. Its the fact that I cannot access support. Your system keeps telling me to verify my email address and so I get no further. Please let me know an email address to actually get through to your support.

  Hi,

  It looks like you have a WooCommerce plugin purchase and I suspect that is who you are trying to contact for the refund. Annoyingly, there’s also a slight account problem that is causing the verification loop you find yourself stuck in.

  I will get the account issue sorted out. But the fastest way to get the refund processed will be to contact us here: (email visible only to moderators and staff)
