Cannot access the account

Hello, I was able to log into http://www.co2target.co.uk a month or two ago. Now when I try to log in it advises I don’t have a website.
Can anyone help? It’s very possibly me!!

You’re currently logged in to a WordPress.com account. You probably don’t have a site here. Your site is hosted on 1&1 (Ionos) servers. Why not access it there: http://www.co2target.co.uk/wp-login.php
