Cannot access the admin areas of my site
-
So, whenever I attempt to access my site on admin it redirects me to a coming soon/private site page depending on what I set my site to show for the public. I can access some of the options but most of the admin options redirect me to that page.
Has anyone else experienced this or knows what’s going on? Getting frustrated trying to fix or get around this

Hi @mkabi1,
I’d be happy to look into this with you!
Would you be able to confirm the URL of the website you’re referring to, so we can best assist you with this?
Additionally, could you share with us what you’re clicking, which is redirecting you here? Is this when you’re visiting your website? Or is this occurring when you’re trying to make edits to your site? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end. We have options for sharing screenshots, here: https://wordpress.com/support/make-a-screenshot/#share-your-screenshot-or-recording.
With some more information, we’d be happy to further help you with this!

The site is senioritymind.com
The only areas I’m able to access is the starting page when you open the app

and the settings page the opens when you click on the site image

Anything else that makes me leave either of those 2 pages redirects me to one of 2 pages depending on what I have the visibility set to

I cannot make any direct changes to the site besides what those 2 pages allow since I have no access to the editor. They only allow indirect changes about/around the site

I forgot to add that the login buttons on the coming soon and private site pages do nothing

That is a site hosted on GoDaddy that you are accessing here at WordPress.com via JetPack. Can you access it directly via Godaddy and then reset the Jetpack connection?
-
Yes, I can access Godaddy but I’m unsure how to reset Jetpack from there. What should I be looking for?

Hi!
I re-checked the site, and it seems it is hosted on WordPress.com. Only the domain is hosted on GoDaddy. Sorry about the error in the previous message.
I checked this further, and it looks like the redirect issue is being caused by the Paid Memberships Pro plugin, probably because the site is in “Coming Soon” mode.
I have disabled the plugin for you so you can access your site’s wp-admin/dashboard.
I would suggest that you access your dashboard, make your site public from Settings > Reading.
You should also disable WordPress.com Login or Secure Sign On (SSO) if you are using a membership plugin- https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-com-secure-sign-on-sso/#disable-wordpress-com-login
Once you follow these steps, you should be able to enable the Paid Memberships Pro plugin without issues. -
Oh wow, It works now. Thank you so much!! Was worried that I had lost all my work since I couldn’t confirm that anything was still there. You’ve taken a weight off my mind. :)
