Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested

I am patbel41 the owner and administrator of the site patsresources.wordpress.com. I am unable to access my dash board. Please advise. (see error message below)
You are logged in as “patbel41” and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for “patsresources”. If you are not “patbel41”, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are “patbel41” and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.

That means that you are not logged in under the correct username account IE. the one that registered the blog. Or that you are not logged in as Admin.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You have to be logged in as Admin http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/#administrator under the exact same username account that registered the blog to access the blog’s dashboard.
Clicking this link should display all blogs registered under the same username, including the hidden ones: https://dashboard.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs&show=hidden
