Cannot access the WP.com stats from my WP.org site despite links to contrary. Help?

  When I try to view stats on WP.com it brings me back to an older unused URL that I set up not the live site. What can I do?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi @andrewboland, this probably has one of two causes:

  – the site is under a different account

  or

  – the site isn’t actually hosted here, and you’re using WordPress.org instead

  If you’ll send a link to the current site, we can check.

  the site is stories.7thsensepsychics.com and is on .org. My colleague does seem to be able to access and Ive tried his log in details unsuccessfully. In stats it says to see more on .com and everytime I go it opens up an old account I set up but never used.

  The fact I cant access it with someones credentials who can access it is even stranger.

  Ah, got it. On our end, the WordPress.com user “andrewboland” is not associated with that site.

  But if you’ll log into your WordPress.org installation with your own credentials, then click “Link to WordPress.com” from your WordPress.org dashboard, I believe that will let you connect to your own WordPress.com account. Want to give that a try?
