Cannot access Theme Showcase from my Admin Dashboard

    Have a Fatcow account and downloaded WordPress. Signed up to be Admin on WP and made an account on WP.com. Altho I can select “Install themes” and view that list of apx 700 themes from my Admin Dashboard, there is no direct access to the WordPress.com Theme Showcase. I cannot import or download the “Koi” theme or the “Elegant Grunge” theme from that location to my Appearance/Theme window. What is the procedure for me to get those themes?
