Cannot access to my dashboard

    I linked my domain name to another site. However, when I want to access to the original wordpress admin site, I was unable to access. Also, when I tried to relink the domain name to the wordpress site, it doesn’t work and I was unable to access some subpage of the domain of solacetre.com. May I know how can I access the wordpress site if I don’t have my domain name linked to it now?

    Hi there:

    I’m not showing that solacetree.com is currently hosted here at WordPress.com, so it sounds like your site is using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.

    Additionally, this domain was tied to a site here that was associated with another WordPress.com user account, so if you need access to that old site that was hosted here, you would need to log into the WordPress.com account that created this site in order to access it.
