Cannot Access to My Site

  Hello. My website is https://areu.org.af and it is hosted here on WordPress.com. Since Saturday after we some plugins update went wrong we don’t have access to the ‘My Site’ section in any of our admin accounts. After I click on My Site Icon on the top left it says I don’t have websites yet, create a new one. This is the same in the WordPress mobile application too. We created tickets from our other account but it is not resolved yet.
