Cannot Access Webpage

    I updated a plugin for my website, and now the webpage is unavailable, as well as Dashboard login for the Administrator.

    How can I login to my website, or at least disable all the plugins to have access once again?

    I tried doing FTP using Cyberduck, and that did not work. It kept saying the server is unavailable.

    There are two different versions of WordPress. These forums only provide support for sites hosted here at WordPress.com.

    If you need support for a self-hosted site using software from WordPress.org, please try posting your question in the WordPress.org support forums.
