  How do I renew the subscription?

  Hey there, it looks like you have another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets comment notifications and what not, so you can try commenting on the site and checking all of your email addresses if needed.

  Still not working
  Have tried to comment on the site and the email address are all correct.

  I don’t have the 3 required information to proceed with account recovery form.

  Last updates was 3 years ago I think!
  Please help!

  So are you suggesting we delete the page? It’s crucial to our business either we delete the page and create new one, as we are re-branding the business and don’t want to confuse the customers!
