Cannot access website

    Hi there

    I am unable to visit my website or log in and the message I get is: There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.

    I don’t know how to do this or where to go to debug anything.

    If the site isn’t hosted with us, we most likely can’t help much. But here are a few ideas:

    – Check to see if you have an admin email with clues

    – Ask your host to check error logs

    – If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, you can manually remove one like so (especially if it’s mentioned in errors):

    – Ask your host to help you restore a good backup
