I am getting the following error message: Fatal error: Call to undefined method Jetpack::is_module_active() in /home/content/81/8627981/html/wp-content/themes/comicpress/functions.php on line 114
How can I fix? -
That’s a wordpress.ORG error message and we do not provide support for wordpress.ORG software installs here at wordpress.COM.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins (passwords), features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. As you are referring to a wordpress.ORG software install on paid hosting, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG account, then click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right-hand corner of the page that opens, https://wordpress.org/support/register.php so you can post to the support forums there.
