Cannot Access Website
-
We’ve switched our domain anodeoutlet.co.uk over to a different CMS, and now have lost complete access to WordPress, so cannot switch payments off on the old website, nor can we access any orders placed on the old website.
How do we get back into the back end of WordPress? This is as urgent as it gets.

We are unable to help because we don’t host your site directly on our WordPress.com managed hosting. Instead, your site was hosted with a different provider on a separate host, and we’re not able to access any part of your site. But I’ll try to get you pointed in the right direction.
If you switch your domain from WordPress to another service, you lose your ability to log into your site via
/wp-login.phpas all traffic to that domain goes to the new service. If you kept your hosting account where you hosted your WordPress site, the data should still be there. You would need to contact that host and ask them how you can access the site using a temporary URL since your domain is used elsewhere.
If you cancelled your hosting account when you moved services, then your hosting provider would have purged your WordPress installation. You could contact them to see if they retained a backup of your site.
I hope this points you in the right direction.
