  http://www.goodnewspersonnel.com is self-hosted but I cannot access Can you transfer to a paid plan WordPress.com so I can use my website and get support ?

  If yes, the transfer can be conducted using this plugin and the process is fully automated – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wpcom-migration/
