Cannot access website or wordpress admin of my site on any of my devices
-
Since this morning when I updated my website in the backroom I can no longer access it from any of my devices (eg devices I have logged onto it from before). It’s not just the admin side of it I can’t access…even my website will not load for me if I attempt to load it from google on my phone, ipad or my laptop! It just says ‘this site can’t be reached’.
When I log into wordpress with my email address it says my email is associated with another account and I can’t do the site recovery as I don’t have any of the 3 types of information it asks for.
So basically I am completely shut out of my own website!

Hi there!
I think there’s some confusion here. There are three different “WordPress” at play here:
1. The free, open-source WordPress software which powers your website.
2. WordPress.org which is the open-source project that works on the WordPress software and where you can get the software for free to use on your own hosting provider.
3. WordPress.com which is a managed hosting provider of the WordPress software and with whom you’re contacting now.First, I can see your site loading just fine:

Second, are you trying to log in here? https://lushfloristry.co.uk/wp-login.php
If you’re trying your login here at WordPress.com, that won’t give you access to your website. Only the above link will work to log in. You can also reset your login password from that page as well.
If you still have trouble, you should reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this.
I hope that clarifies things!
