  hello ,

  Today I am having a problem with the log in , one of the person who is helping with my website cannot access to the website admin , using several devices .

  Can anyone help me ?

  We have also another two issues that nobody was able to resolve so far.

  1) we add the Multi Currency plugin and the progressive pages under this session https://esseandco.com/product-category/face/ stopped working .

  2) we are not able to see the Description of the products , if you click on the Description https://esseandco.com/product/nimue-skin-care-technology-cleansing-gel-140-ml/ nothing happens.

  If someone can really give some help , i will be really grateful.

  It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress (hosted by Sucuri) rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
