Cannot Access WordPress

  So i recently asked for a reset of my panel because i wanted to start on a clean slate with wordpress. But apparently my websites are still live and now i cannot log into the admin dashboard neither can’t I access them through my cpanel. I changed my domain database but wordpress keeps informing me that my websites have existing wordpress installed.

  How can i be able to remove those installations from my domains so that i can recreate my websites?

  fintrexfx.com uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
