You need to make sure that the website is still published and the Google Workspace mX records are there as well.’I cannot access the rbibats.com account. It’s managed by nroes or 8DWeb. Client transferred domain to a google domain and completely lost all access soon after domain transferred.
I can’t log in on wordpress side to make changes at all.
Very confused as to what’s happening on a week of trying to sort this out

Hey there, rbibats.com hasn’t been on our services. I’m seeing DNS errors here still, so can you contact your hosting provider and ask them to check what DNS settings you should be using? They’ll be your best bet, though you may also contact your domain provider if the host can’t help.
