Cannot access WordPress admin

I usually access my WordPress website my clicking on one of the update emails in my inbox, saying ‘your website has been automatically updated to …. ‘
These emails contain a link that is ‘my website/wp-admin/ and when I click on it, it immediately takes me to my website WordPress version where I can make changes.
Recently, when I click this link, on my iPhone, iPad and desktop computer, the webpage opens to an Error message with ‘Warning: access array offset on value of type bool in… and Warning: Can to modify header information….’
When I try to login with the email address the WordPress is registered with, it says I have no sites? My website is fully working?
How can I get access to my WordPress admin page t9 make website amendments?WP.com: Unknown

http://www.categaffneypiano.co.uk uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org), whereas this forum deals with sites hosted through WordPress.com.
The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org

Thank you for your rep,y, however when I try to login to WordPress.org in order to post a question, it says there is no account with that email address?
I have no other email address? And I get emails to say my website has been updated to the latest WordPress version to this address?!I’m a bit stuck as you have to be logged in in order to post a question in the forum.
