Cannot access WordPress site

I moved my website content to another url(from thepolymathblog.info/wp to thepolymathblog.info/ by going to WordPress general settings ,then going to file manager in the cpanel and then moving it to public html..)but now I cannot even access my WordPress account at all….when I go WordPress link from softaclous it shows error

I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
