Cannot access wp admin, disabled theme, plugins, no luck.

    Hi, my website is k4b6.com, I recently lost access to my wp admin dashboard after I installed some plugin and updated to wordpress 5.0 . Please help me re gain access to my blog. Thank you.

    I see that your site is self-hosted. This support channel handles assistance to WordPress.com hosted sites and the guidance provided here won’t be relevant to WordPress.org sites hosted with an external hosting provider.
