cannot access wp-admin to update wordpress web site

    Recently I have tried to access and update my WordPress web site.
    I cannot log into it.
    robertlmc.wordpress.com or it was robertlindsaymckay.wordpress.com
    It seems to log back to a program I wrote for the Phillip Island Probus Club
    My site shows Robert McKay@piprobus
    a message appears:-
    ‘User piprobus Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested
    You are logged in as ‘piprobus’ and do not have the necessary privileges to access the dashboard for ‘Robert McKay’. If you are not ‘piprobus’, please log out, and log back in with your username. If you are ‘piprobus’ and you need access, please ask an administrator of the site to invite you.’
    I have deleted the Probus wordpress site
    Looking at ways of accessing the site.
    Tried to enter via google, but still get the same result

    Hi there,

    robertlmc.wordpress.com, loading at https://robertlmckay.com/, belongs to the account with the username, robertlmc. You will need to log out of the piprobus account and log in as the correct account to access that site.

    https://robertlindsaymckay.wordpress.com/ used to belong to the same account, but was deleted more than four years ago.

    I have tried and tried to log into my account and cannot get past the piprobus message to log out.

    i have tried to contact wordpress but cannot seem to get the correct email contact address

    Messages I have tried to send :-

    I am having trouble accessing me wordpress web site

    It is robertlmc

    When I log in, all I get is to enter user name and password.

    Every time I enter a password i get a message :oops….”
    I request a new password but on entering I still get the “Oops….” Message

    I need help

    Further to this reply, It appears I have somehow created another site entitled robertlmccom.wordpress.com

    I have found that the web I require seems to be robertlmckay.com. this I cannot change the password.

    Also, on Tuesday I tried to create a new site for the local Anglican Church which I belong too. https://anglicanparishbassphillipisland.org/
    Have paid for two years and started to compose it, and now I cannot get into it to edit. it. A radcliff2 page comes up although I started in the current editor with a standard set up

    Sorry but I need help desperately

    You’ll want to log out (or use another browser window) to access each of these accounts:

    We’ve just attempted to send a password reset. Can you confirm whether you’re getting the “Oops” message when you click on that link?

    And, can you confirm what else it says after “Oops” ?
