Cannot access WP admin & Woocommerce product notifications

Hi, hoping you can help with my two queries below.
– I did some plugin updates and now I can’t access WP admin. Each time I click the WP admin link, it redirects to my website homepage so not able to deactivate the plugins or access it at all.– Also, I recently added WooCommerce; however, for some of my products, I’m not receiving a notification/email when a purchase is made. I have enabled the email notification on the plugin so really confused as to what’s happening.

I’ve checked it, and the site theclinicnotts.co.uk is not hosted on the WordPress.com servers. We can not help here with sites that are not hosted with us, as we have no access to your site, and our support tools will not work.

Do you have an idea why I’m not receiving woocommerce notifications when someone purchases some of the products (not all). I receive it for almost all the products but not for the tests that I sell, so I have been having to go into admin to see any orders? Thanks for your help in advance.

You’re welcome! If the notifications are working for some products but not for others, you’ll want to check with your host if there is any plugin interfering or asking about this at the WooCommerce forum
