Cannot access WP dashboard or website

Hello,
As of yesterday, I’m no longer able to access my WP dashboard or website from any browser. Friends located in other locations are able to.
I contacted my hosting provider, and all is good on their end. They have not blocked my IP.
I also confirmed my W3 Total Cache and Wordfence security plugins didn’t block me.
As well as cleared my computer’s DNS cache. Nothing is working!
What’s happening?

I also manually changed my IP address.
AND changed networks so outward IP addresses won’t effect.
I’ve tried everything!!

AND cleared site cache.
(Sorry for the broken messages. Just remembering all the troubleshooting I’ve been doing for the past 48-hours.)
I’m able to access my site/admin page when changing my VPN to USA IP address.

AND changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
(Wow, I guess I really have done a lot of troubleshooting. Sorry for the piecey messages!)
