Cannot access WP MyPage: Check your primary site’s JetPack Connection
-
I’m receiving an error message when trying to enter MySite:
“Check your Primary Site’s JetPack connection” it redirect me to page where shows a domain that I don’t renewal but it doesn’t have to do anything with my wordpress site.
What can I do to recover my site. ThanksI don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there,
I assume you’re speaking of iyanuquiroga.com?
That site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but it is connected to your account via the Jetpack plugin. But that site doesn’t appear to actually be online – it just takes me to a parked domain page – which means the Jetpack connection also doesn’t work at this point, and you won’t be able to do anything to that site from the My Site dashboard.
If you want to get that site back online, you’ll need to contact your hosting provider for help with that. Once the site is online, the Jetpack connection should start working again, though you might need to reconnect Jetpack as well at that point.
Otherwise we can remove the broken Jetpack connection from our end, so the site no longer appears in your WordPress.com account. Let us know if you want us to do that.

Hi there
Thank you for you response. Please proceed to remove the broken Jetpack connection so I will be able to work and manage my site again.
Thanks a lot for your help.
