cannot activate certain plugins

  Some plugins don’t activate. Get “Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home6/letscatc/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-related-posts/related-posts.php on line 81”. If anyone has an idea on how to fix this, please help asap! Thanks

  WordPress.COM blogs do not have plugins. Software downloaded from wordpress.ORG does have plugin capability. http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
