  Can I know what is the name of the theme you are trying to activate so I can check if it’s the same from my end?

  The second heading called “Activate a Theme” has some helpful information. Have you had a chance to follow the steps that the above article listed?

  @ineffable20aishah, have you verified your WordPress.com account yet? If your account is not verified you won’t be able to activate another theme.
