  Hello, I am trying to activate another team however it will not let me activate any themes

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  You are using Quadrat Black theme now, you can activate another theme and for that
  #go to your_site->Appearance->Themes
  #On the screen appeared choose the theme you like.
  #Click the three dots icon and select Activate as below image.
  
  #Choose if you like to switch theme or replace your homepage content.
  #Click Activate.
