Cannot active Astra

Hi I deleted all the plugins and tried to install and active Starter Templates. half way through to select a theme wordpress asked me to login al of a sudden. this happened while i was already signed in. anyway, i tried to sign in but no success. I followed lost password path, but yet to receive an instruction email. How long will it take to receive the email?
